Step #2:  Click on “TOOLS”

Step #3:  Then click on “ACCOUNTS”

Step #4:  Click “ADD” and choose "NEWS"

Step #5:  For "DISPLAY NAME" enter your name as you would like it to appear when you post to a news group. Then click "NEXT"

Step #6:  For "EMAIL ADDRESS" enter the email address you would like to use when you post to a news group. Then click "NEXT"

Step #7:  For "NEWS (NNTP) SERVER" enter news.evenlink.com   . DO NOT put a check mark in "MY NEWS SERVER REQUIRES ME TO LOG ON." Then click "NEXT"

Step #8:  Now Click "FINISH"

Step #9:  You are now ready to access newsgroups!

If you do not have Outlook Express installed on your computer you can go to www.microsoft.com and download it.  You can also try going to windowsupdate.microsoft.com.  Windows Update will allow you to not only download it but automatically install it.
