Set-Up Instructions for Vista
Vista does NOT
have inetwitz, nor does it have a run option. You must follow these
steps:

Go to start,
and then connect to.

The second
option from the bottom should be set up a connection or Network, you
need to click that.

Set up a
dial up connection.

There should
be one screen that asks for the number, username, password,
connection name, and an “allow others to use” checkbox.
Windows mail (OE)
needs to be set up manually, just open Windows Mail, it is the same as
OE.
